This is a very professional company. They are always there for you to help.

It takes 30+ minutes usually... While they keep popping in to tell you HOW important their company's customer service is to them... 🙄🙄🙄
I canceled my policy last month and they charged me again this month. This scam needs to be shut down
They answered for me do you have a direct number to your agent
I'm trying to let a lot of ppl know about my experience...From MY personal experience this is an extremely stressful and dissatisfying company to work with. I can understand when a company is busy but this far surpasses just being busy they are making NO EFFORT to answer my many calls and voicemails or to even attempt to contact me back. My wreck was 9/25 and I'm still trying to get them to cooperate.
Thank you for the heads up
They take FOREVER.. you definitely have to have a great deal of patience to deal with them yet I can't find a better rate at the moment
Dealing with same issue as you have in the state of SC you have only 5 days from cancellation date to reinstate. Also. You are billed for the month you were cancelled and that payment is added on to another month payment and that is to be paid in full upon reinstatement. Hope this helps. And they also they turn in your info of non insured vehicle to DMV where you are fined each day insurance was not on the vehicle
05/19/2021 This auto insurance company is registered with my car loan finance 🏧 BANK 🏦US EAGLE 🦅 and if GAINSCO was a fraudulent company then by all means I'm sure that I would have been notified by my bank loan company.
Go in person if all fails
What’s the direct number?
Yes, I was covered by Gainsco when my resident was actually in Birmingham, Alabama. So yes, this i can 100% attest to. I am currently in Florida and had no trouble starting a new state specific policy at the time of relocation either. Good luck in the ham, especially 280 traffic. 🙈❤️
It varies greatly but usually at 12:01am but mines always late regardless because I don't get paid until the 1st but it's always due the first and always late with a few of course plus another courtesy fee they will not change due date but will not...Oh btw they are owned by State Farm now but way cheaper even with late fees monthly
You can remove him from a policy, especially if you will no longer living together at the same residence. He will most likely have to initiate a new policy in his own name though. I would recommend you removing him and having him set up his own individual policy as opposed to the other way around, save yourself the trouble. Sorry about your situation. I hate to say it but I have been there done that. ❤️
Just did this a little while ago I called the main office in Texas waited for a good 30+ and added a vehicle
You will be on the phone for hours and the number should be on website.
Of course they are a cheaper insurance company, if you have something really serious got allstate, state farm or something like that
You might want to call them. I've had no issues, either by phone or mail.
Noon 10 days after your payment due date is when your policy will be inactive.
Trash scamming insurace company is what gainsco is. Howd your claim work out for you?
Google gainsco auto insurance
The office hours are from 8-5
I'm sure you can contact them through their customer service department and they would send you one. Or you can also have them email you one and you can print it out hope this helps
Not sure I only have 1 on my policy
Thts the only consistency they have going for them...they'll take your payment online with or without a policy Number...issued,pending.or cancelled.policy status..correct payment amount or not THEY A WILL 24/7 PROCESS WITHDRAW FROM YOURS OR ANYONES ACCOUNT...??? DO THEY THINK WE ARE ALL IDIOTS??
I couldn`t find any. Keep calling there stupid phone line and someday someone may answer (may GOD help you).
Yes
If you pay over the phone it's 3 dollar's more.If you pay online it may tell you it's going to take a fee too.Just plan on making at least 3 dollars more per payment. You physically have to make payments if your not locked in via checking account where you have given the account info, your El Banko, to the Gainsco accounting association.Again it's a one time deal, if you F☆☆☆ up and money's not there you are barred from that type transfer to Gainsco.Have a good luck!
I don't know I only had the insurance for a few days. Sorry I can't answer your question.
No been over a month now and still fighting with them. Its not even my insurance it belongs to the jerk that hit me. There original offer on my car was $1000 less then blue book. I had to get with a supervisor to get them to budge at all.
My preliminary card came in thru my email..
I keep getting hung up on when I press 3 for customer service.
