The lady on duty was rude and uncaring... I called she said they had 2 beds... I googled it said it was 24 hours... I had no where to go it was cold... I had no coat nothing... I made it at 8:31. When the guy opened the door she said they didn't have any beds... The guy said let me check he got the list and said it was still 1 left... She looked at the clock and said they stopped taking people at 8:30... I looked at my phone it had 8:33... And she kept shaking her head at him and said again... We stopped at 8:30...
