I have had a wonderful experience with F & F!! I was in an accident last year that I was struggling to heal from and to get anywhere with the at fault party's insurance company. After over a week of dealing with them and getting no where, I called F&F. They got me into a doctor and my car into the shop immediately. As others have stated the stress of dealing with an accident and then the unknown process of such is overwhelming. I called Frenkel & Frenkel immediately from scene, Gene answered and immediately put me at rest knowing they had my back, gave me a comfort level I really needed at the time because I was well, irritated it even happen (not my fault scenario), and knowing the head-ache I would have for months. Well, I got Amber & Aaron but particularly I dealt a lot with Amber and let me tell you she is amazing. Absolutely professional and top-tier communication and information sharing. I could not recommend these guys enough. Amber was my rock during this stressful situation and I cannot thank her enough. Aaron was timely with all of his responsibilities as well, any time Amber said Aaron had to handle something it was done expeditiously and with full explanations for all of it. Outstanding job F&F and thank you again for taking care of my needs because I had never followed the legal route before and was completely in the dark at first. Once again, Amber is a ROCKSTAR! She is an absolutely invaluable asset to the office IMHO.
