I wanted to share my experience with this company from a different perspective- I’m not sure how they treat people that need assistance with their legal issues but I was totally disappointed & disgusted at the lack of training of their hiring personnel!! I applied for a job (data entry) I interviewed over the phone w/Bianca Rodriguez from San Antonio- a few months later she calls back & says “they” wanted me for a different position “legal assistant” I was excited & told her I was interested. Paper work was started, she needed (references) I got those that started…a week passed she said, we needed three references, we’ve gotten two…try to get the last one….a few days later she calls back and says, well - still try to get the last references but we’re going to go ahead & officially offer you the job 😁 I was so excited!!! And she said I was going to get a laptop & printer sent out to my home, I was a little confused because she never mentioned this was a work from home job, which I didn’t mind at all… I was so thankful. Come to find out, the actual day I was supposed to start… she said the job had closed & I never heard back from her!!! I was so very disappointed not to mention stressed out by the whole situation- I contacted HR Department and spoke w/Jinteel Crockett (Senior Director) she apologized for the misunderstanding & schooled me on the hiring process (as if I didn’t know) but I thought working remotely was a different hiring process and besides it had been months since I had applied & figured they did all they needed to, anyway I felt at first, they were trying to blame me for not knowing any better, that people don’t just get hired with an over the phone interview only but things are different now than before! At the moment that I filled out the application Covid was still running ramped & things were changing. They need to do a BETTER job at training these people! I could’ve done a better job!
