I don't view myself as a "criminal" rather a good person caught in a bad situation. I spoke to 5 lawyers when deciding who to hire for my case. Each one said they could help me but only Rajish Jose made me feel like I was not a criminal. He was transparent with me from the very beginning. He educated me on both my rights and my role. I couldn't imagine a better experience. Each time I wanted to keep fighting He supported that. He never stopped fighting on my behalf. Although I wanted a dismissal, I did not think it was actually possible. I was informed today that my case was fully dismissed. I am beyond grateful to the Beltz Law Firm. The drive and compassion shown by the attorney meant everything to me. I never felt in the dark and I learned so much about this process. There was advocacy and education every step of the way. God bless

Where do I start. Recently hired beltz law firm to handle a speeding ticket in my car. I'm a truck driver and this would have been a job killer for me. The beltzs law firm handled my case professionally and timely. Without a doubt I would recommend this law firm to anyone who needs them. Thank you Jeffrey beltz

I don't know how to add new comments to below reply so I added it up here. I need to emphasize two things. Firstly, as I told the lawyer this was my first time to hire a lawyer to defend for my case, and I was a bit anxious about this, so when the case was failed to be dismissed, shouldn't I received a warm phone call to let me know the result and a guidance about what should I do next? But just a notice remind me to review the ice cold scan copy of the court document from your system? Another thing, I did not see you use any strategies to help with defending the cases. Come on, we all know how we can win the case, so I see lawyers will apply to extend the court day to some specific day that lawyers have the best chance to win but I did not you do that. Just to collect enough cases and go to court all at once directly did not help. If I remember something wrong in my previous comment, I would say sorry. I do not want to continue this war of words, you are lawyers, attorneys, you spent your life to read and write, I am not as good as you. BUT, if you have your time to write this long long review reply, please, instead, take this time to make phone calls to help people who need you. They handled a case of mine on August 2019. I was charged for not completely stop when making a right turn at red light, actually, that was a yellow light, but that was the end of the month, so you know. I hired Beltz for this case. They told me they will take care of it and I payed them about $140, if I don't remember wrong. Well, after that, the case was not dismissed, no further communications, no nothing, just an email sent to me with the notice of case finalized. I had to pay to the court $204 and do 90 days deferred driving. Pay Attention here! I was supposed to go to the police office to take a so called "red light class" but I was not informed, until I received a subpoena from the court saying that I missed the deadline of taking the class. So I need to go to the court and I got a second chance after I talked to the Judge. I told the judge that I was not informed about the class so I missed the deadline, the Judge said that was my lawyer's problem. This was exactly what the judge said. So, at least for my case, this law firm was not responsible at all. I am cleaning up my computer today and saw my case notice again, it reminds me of this story, so I decided to come back and write this down. The purpose of this review is to remind people that even you hired an attorney, still communicate with them, their google review star sometimes does not exactly reflect their real class.

Easy to work with, prompt response. Great communication. Reasonable fee.

Just call the office. I can answer that in detail. Thanks Jeff
Sure. Just call the office Monday morning. And we will rake a look for you.
Great question. The warrants are normally removed within 2 to 3 days after hiring a lawyer. Once the warrants are removed, the case basically resets to the beginning. This means you will be entitled to a new hearing date. The lawyer will show up to that hearing to see if the case can be dismissed or not. If the case isn't dismissed at this hearing, the lawyer will usually negotiate a deal to pay the tickets without the cases being reported to your permanent record. This option isn't available to you if you don't hire another lawyer. That is the biggest benefit of hiring a lawyer once the case is in warrant.
Great!
