They're not a 24hr company. They have certain times they'll answer the phone. And it's best to call in on a Wednesday as they open at Mon - Fri. I always call in on a Wednesday of I have any questions. Hold times are usually 5 - 10mins.

Why does it take 3 days to find a licensed agent to add a vehicle to my policy ??? And when I do talk to an agent they can’t make the changes some else has too ... seriously I’ve been on the phone for 3 hours (still counting)..It’s ridiculous
