I canceled my policy last month and they charged me again this month. This scam needs to be shut down
From MY personal experience this is an extremely stressful and dissatisfying company to work with. I can understand when a company is busy but this far surpasses just being busy they are making NO EFFORT to answer my many calls and voicemails or to even attempt to contact me back. My wreck was 9/25 and I'm still trying to get them to cooperate.
Been with them for over a year and haven't had any issue.
I have been with this company over 4 years now. I have not had one issue take place at all. When I call, it might take a few minutes but I get someone who is very polite and professional at all times.
I just recently became a customer and I have not had any problems as well. They are very informative about the policies and the customer service was excellent
I don't know I haven't been a customer long but I haven't had any trouble so far lay people that I have talked to are very polite and knowledgeable
