It takes 30+ minutes usually... While they keep popping in to tell you HOW important their company's customer service is to them... πππ
From MY personal experience this is an extremely stressful and dissatisfying company to work with. I can understand when a company is busy but this far surpasses just being busy they are making NO EFFORT to answer my many calls and voicemails or to even attempt to contact me back. My wreck was 9/25 and I'm still trying to get them to cooperate.

From what im seeing and dealing with personally, this is not good business at all. Im a local guide with google and go over many business reviews a day as well as the businessses the reviews are on. Ive never came across Gainscos reveiws before now, and i am very disappointed that im actually in personal dealings with this company. I know ratings and reviews can either make you or break you. And its so easy when your company is honest and does the next right thing to obtain and keep a 5 star rating!
