No been over a month now and still fighting with them. Its not even my insurance it belongs to the jerk that hit me. There original offer on my car was $1000 less then blue book. I had to get with a supervisor to get them to budge at all.
I left after 60 days......
This is a worst and most stressful Insurance company .the claim adjustors will not reurn your calls. It's been almost 2 months the person that hit my car belongs to the company .I received one call from the adjustor .and have called her back numerous of times. Beware of this company
No they are trash..i was hit by one of there insured drivers. I was sitting still at a red light. There driver was ticketed for failure to yeild right of way causing the accident. And months later, NOTHING! SCAMMERS IS WHAT GAINSCO IS!
Yes I would highly recommend this company for all your insurance needs you're very quick to soft claims and get them taken care of at least that's my opinion and everybody's entitled to their own opinion good luck hope it works out for you
