The room we stayed in was kept very clean and I didn't see any bugs (or get bitten by any). Not sure about the windows, but I can say that they did block out a lot of the noise of a HUGE thunderstorm directly overhead.

Yes, you do but not as much as surrounding hotels. Rosen inn is a GREAT choice and the breakfast buffet is SO WORTH IT!

The location is what you really want in this hotel. I am a local but I stayed here when I had to evacuate because of Hurricane Irma. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's literally a 2 minute walk to Pointe Orlando and the Orlando Eye. Lots of fun bars, restaurants and shopping in the area. Universal Studios is a 5 minute drive, Disney and Sea World 10 minutes down the road. They have a 24 hour convenience store that has food, hygiene products, etc. They have a coffee bar and ice cream open until 10ish every day. They have karaoke most nights and the breakfast and dinner buffet was good as well.

We were given to option to leave our luggage with them at check out if we weren't ready to go to the airport and carry on doing things. But we choose to request to have late check out instead (which is $10 then tax per hour after 12pm) as we wanted to make sure everything was charged before leaving so I can't say what the service it's self is like.

We were able to get 4 double rooms all next to each other. I don't believe that there are any adjoining rooms available.

Hi Aubrie (beautiful name!) My fiance and I were there in September, they took my card details but no money was taken. I believe they take your card details as a precaution, they didn't ask me for any cash but we were booked through a travel agents in the UK and had already paid in full. There is a $150 fee if you leave your room in a mess so I imagine they take your card details so that they can take this if need be. I'm not sure if they put that $150 on "hold" though when they take your details. I would keep trying to call them and maybe just make sure you have the $150 available incase they do hold it as a precaution. Have fun at the horror nights !

No fee, no. They spend 1 dollar on your card just to test if it's working ... That's what they did to me. I was not charging anything more than what I had already paid at the agency.

There isn't a gym on site but you can use the gym at the Rosen Plaza hotel which is just a few minutes walk away. The gym is very good as long as it's not too busy.
