Good afternoon, I would like to confirm a reservation I made through a travel shopping website, how can I do that?
This hotel has a shuttle service to the parks, which is the Ex Universal and Disney
Maybe bit out there but is there any kind of facility for disabled getting out of the pools?
Is there a kitchen in the rooms?
All rooms have full kitchens, with refrigerator, cooktop and microwave?
Is there anything bad about this hotel or anything it doesn't have, I'm from the UK and am unsure if there's anything they won't have that i have to bring
