Just want to thank the staff at this hotel for being so friendly and accommodating during hurricane Ian. Evacuated from Tampa and stayed at the hotel from Tuesday-Friday. I wish I got the names of the attendants at the bar and the front desk, so kind and generous throughout our entire stay. The only problem we had was leaking in our room during the storm but that’s out of everyone’s control. It must have been difficult for the stay to stay and work at the hotel while there was a hurricane ravaging the city so I really want to let them know how much it was appreciated. Hope everyone got home safely!

Pleasant hotel with wonderful breakfast buffet, and pool. Late check out time is great. When I first check in I had issues with my room, and room service could've taken care of it in a better way than having me wait around while they tried to fix the issues. But, I was able to go to the lobby to get a new room. Just make sure you check your rooms. Also, very funny and kind staff. I recommend it.

Hotel does not charge to accept packages. They only ask that packages do not arrive more than one week before your arrival on your reservation. Packages will be kept at the front desk when they arrive. Please make sure the name on the package is the same name as your reservation to make it easier for hotel to locate your package.

No free Disney accessories that I know of. You can purchase park tickets there and they have free shuttles to some of the parks. Military tickets still need to be purchased at Shades of Green if you are looking for a discount.

Don't recall a bike rack. But don't see why they would not allow you to bring your bike to your room. People bring tons of stuff to their room.

They have a manned desk in the lobby just for the type of client that you for into.
They do not charge it, it is art of the normal rate.
There is a shuttle to Disney Parks, but not the airport. I'd suggest getting an Uber or Lyft from the airport.
Yes they do offer a shuttle, but its only to Epcot, then you take the free Disney rail from there to the other parks. I didnt pay a resort fee, but that can sometimes depend on how you book your room, which i did through a third party.
