From check in to check out time, my wife and I enjoyed a fabulous mini vacation! Every expectation was met. The entire staff is professional and courteous. The outdoor team is especially efficient when preparing for inclement weather and routine maintenance. We had fun with the pool games, it was very relaxing. Kudos to the manager for filling my cooler with ice on our way down the road. Highly recommend to others and we will definitely be back!

Worst front desk ever. Needed to extend due too the hurricane. 3 of them said they have availability and then 2 other said they don’t have availability. Leaving me in a complete mess. GM Ray Miller. Has his phone number listed in the front desk saying please contact me directly if help needed . Lol it was just a joke and he never picked up or responded to text messages. Would never recommend to anyone specially at hard times

Stayed here for a work convention in one of the suites and our bathing suits got bleached after spending 20 minutes in the hot tub. We contacted the front desk and talked to the manager on duty, Mayra, who was patronizing and kept changing her story. Completely unprofessional and we have 3 ruined, brand new bathing suits.

Very nice stay at the Hilton! Comfy beds, huge room with kitchenette in our studio. The shower with detachable shower head has perfect water pressure too. The pool looks really nice too. The only downside is if you stay less than 5 nights, you receive no maid service if you book as a timeshare. It's also only about a 10 minute drive to Universal Studios. The location is perfect!

Yes if you have a room. You must have a key card to get into the property. And if you don't have a pass you will br towed. Parking is terrible because it's not enough spaces.
We enjoyed our stay the room was excellent. The location was good to anywhere you wish to visit. Good job Hilton with keeping the brand and name up to what one expects of Hilton

No free transportation from airport, but free parking of your rental car once you have arrived. Pool was great. My 9 year old grandson boasted he had ridden the water slide 30 times. My other daughter's little girl, not to be out done, rode it 31times. Staff was terrific!
Not familiar with a "tiki bar," but they do have a bar right by the swimming pool and pool tables outside. Just a cute bar with high stools, nothing too elaborate or fancy.
Highways straight to Cocoa Beach is still 60 to 70 minutes I live in Cocoa and I love Las Palmeras. You can always do Springs in Central Florida to do swimming and kayaking.
As of January 23rd, it was not. But their shuttle would take you to the next closest resort to use the pool.
The one I was in was a two bedroom suite. Full livingroom and full size dining table. Full kitchen. Nice balcony. Very modern. Clean lines.

From what I can remember, I believe there is a shuttle to the parks.they have a concierge service there
They have cmeras everywhere and unarmed security. No Orlando Police on site but, I did see police in the surounding area area on the roads. At Disney Springs there was a lot of police officers present walking through the area of Disney Springs area.
Self parking is free, and I'm not certain how much the fee is for valet parking.
