Simple the worst place to stay. Blood stained curtains .mildew smell rooms Smoke detector went off all night. Second floor flooded while raining Shower ran all night tub didn't drain. Toilet ran all the time. Smallest TV ever. Smelled of pot in every hallway. One small towel for 3 people. Said they were out of towels. ( How can a hotel be out of towels) 2 very small pillows on each bed. Floors were dirty DON'T STAY HERE! Plus they charge you a 100.00 deposit what are the afraid you might clean the room The front desk people where rude at best

First of all, I want to be fair in my assessment of this establishment. I'll address both the pros and cons and try as much as possible to bring favorable issues to the forefront. The hotel's were grounds immaculate, beautiful, and well kept. The intake lobby was clean and set well with local sites and coupon booklets and brochures available for the taking. The hotel lobby was prepared for social distancing at the intake area. The front desk associates were efficient and cordial (bi-lingual). My family and canine companions were warmly greeted. The hotel has a no pet policy, but due to the unusual circumstances - Hurricane Ian - the policy was relaxed for South Central and South West Florida evacuees. This was much appreciated. We maintained control of both the nature and temperament of our companions during the 3-night stay and left the room clean and sanitized. (Emotional support canines) We observed the 'not on the bed' rule and brought fleece palettes for our pets to sleep on the floor near the room door. We disposed of all trash and waste from our room and Febreezed the room upon leaving. Now for the issues that need to be addressed by the property management. The hotel is dated and serious consideration to making upgrades soon. There was no ice bucket for our room, no washcloths with the two towel limit, and no towel mat to step out of the shower. The lid on the toilet back was not secured or fitted properly. There were signs of mold in the bathroom. The bathroom sink faucet was loose and there were no personal hygiene amenities provided. The a/c unit was cold and the TV had 4 local only channels. The TV remote malfunctioned and had to be replaced. The room took on water and anything on the floor near the sliding glass door was soaked. The rain was very heavy and the wind outside was about 90-95 mph according to our personal weather radio, so the water seeping in was a foregone conclusion for the first-floor rooms. The room phone had no inbound or outbound call capability other than to the front desk. There is no elevator at the 2nd-floor story hotel. The room microwave, mini fridge, and blow dryer worked. Free coffee was available in the lobby, but no continental breakfast or snacks were provided. Restaurants, nationally branded were within walking distance across the street. No gift shop. Here's the biggie, access to the handicapped parking lot and spaces were barred by a padlock on the wrought iron gate access. I am disabled with obvious mobility issues and upon booking, I advised the property management of my need for access. During the entire 3-night stay, the handicap access gate remained padlocked even after requesting it to be open to access my car parked in a handicapped space with a valid handicap placard displayed in full view. I asked, Sharon, the day front desk clerk 3 times to remove the padlock. There was no housekeeping available. It was like camping out in the woods roughing it. The room rate was ridiculously low (TGFT) and a refundable deposit was paid at the time of check-in and both check-in and out were fast. That's the gist of our stay at this establishment.

if you don't want to somebody stealth your stuff. don't be stand there. 2 weeks ago book for two nights from Friday thru Sunday, the Saturday night pass a night out of the hotel and next on the morning a weed smoker was inside my room. maybe today was a weed smoker, but tomorrow maybe a shooter, an assassin or somebody crazy and can injure the guest. nobody knowing how that person enters the room. and the employees don't do anything. the security is so poor. the Access door from parking doesn't work with the cards, anybody can access to the building. don't recommend that thing called hotel. stealed my stuff and the hotel no response for nothing even the receptionist was talking with a partner about the person who burst into my room. they seeing them the night before and doing nothing knowing is not a guest if you don't want someone to steal your stuff. don't stay there. 2 weeks ago I booked for two nights from Friday to Sunday, on Saturday night I had a night out of the hotel and the next morning there was a pot smoker inside my room. maybe today it was a weed smoker, but tomorrow maybe a shooter, murderer or someone crazy and may hurt the guest. no one knows how that person got into the room. and the employees do nothing. security is so poor. True! They cleaned my room 2 times in a week. It is not worth the price.
what kind of inconvenience excuse the question but I intend to go
I don't know because I'm not working for the hotel?
I don't know if the transport is free but the hotel is cheap but I really don't like it!
I'm sorry not to give you the answer but the truth is that I don't know
if they receive
I have a schedule parese 7 am and 6 pm return
Excellent beautiful
There is pool surrounded by 2-floor building. Breakfast is coffee, toaster bread, cream cheese, jam, mini muffins, juices, make-your-own waffles, and apples.
It is super close to the hotel al oulett .. You can also go to ross a little earlier
Hi Camila Yes they charge $ 5 for small packages, $ 10 the average and so on. The bad thing is that Amazon sends small objects in boxes much larger than the product. In most of my deliveries I paid $ 5. But in the hotel they are flexible and end up leaving some packages for free.
They will tell you when you check in the earliest one leaves is like 7:30 in the morning
Snake yes! If I'm not mistaken it's 5 dollars per order
Would never stay there again
If they sell right there, very cheap, but if it's going to go many days, I recommend you take the "90" minute talk, the one that you want to sell time share (total scam DO NOT SAY), but after taking the ledan talk Free lockers for the park, or as I did, I paid for 7 days of park $ 300 entering an hour before the parks. It is the most economical thing that is going to get it and I do not know how to regret it.
Good afternoon. If you just want to store your bags until boarding, they don't charge you anything. But if it's to stay in the room, they will probably charge one more night.
Yes, it works. Do not leave frozen food, but you can leave food for dinner (already prepared). The minibar has 1mtr high
My son was also super allergic, but he had no reaction. It was winter, but it did not smell musty. I know it depends on the room you stay in
I am not so ameú!
I can not communicate either I want to know if they have safe in the room and the size. I need to know the availabilty of a safe inside of the room, and the size of this one.
It's not every 30 minutes ..... One time a day for Universal parks at 7:20 in the morning. And the return at 7:15 pm. For Disney at 7:20 and 10 AM, return at 7 pm. But the transport is very bad organized and sometimes it leaves you in the parks and you have to take a Uber or if it is universal a walk, it is 25 minutes walking and many people do it
Why? What problems did you have there? I'm asking Why I'm almost closing the reservation ...
On the hotel's website it says that they charge 5 dollars for small packages and 10 dollars for large packages... have a look at the FAQ on the website
I was in the rooms in the middle of the hotel and I had no problems resting
They should not charge more
Super close, it's worth going if the idea is to visit the Universal parks
I would make this the last place I would stay at, in Orlando
Agree with Abbie... Not a great place to stay. I had to after Hurricane Irma as it was only place we could find with electricity
