Agree with Abbie... Not a great place to stay. I had to after Hurricane Irma as it was only place we could find with electricity

I am staying right now. Lack of attention from the staff, the breakfast a shame, the people who serve the buffet are rude and do not respect the tourist. Soft coffee almost water with coloring, lactal bread and some rolls that are not. Appetizing, within half an hour of opening for breakfast, they are already running out of things. Leaves a lot to be desired really. Greetings.
This is the worst place to stay in Orlando. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!!!!!!
not as bad as previous reviews promise to be. the site is only minutes away from theme parks at a ridiculously affordable price... you can see volcano bay from anywhere in the neighborhood and the A/C in the room is awesome. you won't find any luxury for the price and you sure won't find anything worthwhile (other than this place), when it comes to park distance.
Don't know but you could take Uber or Lyft.
