If you ask the Hotel by email or by phone and you're lucky... MAYBE they'll respond. Terrible service. I also had doubts when I made a reservation with them and the service was AWFUL. I searched and saw a lot of bad things... We canceled and booked another one.

Yes they have that service (I arrived at 6 AM and they took my bags). And apart they have many stores nearby.
