Could have been hurricane Ian that made the experience bad. With alot of rooms having power issues and some with no AC. I'll cough up the trip to natural disaster problems. However, being stuck on second floor with no lights in hallway was a scary event. Fortunately for me I had AC. For the life of me, the only way to contact front end customer service was through the landline they had in room. On the plus side the restaurant was excellent and the food as well.

A nice quiet and reasonably priced resort that is in need of some maintenance especially their ac units. The rooms are decent though on the second floor we had Pharoah Ants all over the place but mainly in the bathroom. But for the price and convenience of having a balcony to smoke on ants arent that big of a deal

This hotel was out of power, which is fine after a hurricane I get it. Don't lie to us for 7 hours about how our room isn't ready, we had no idea your rooms had no power. I understand there's nothing you can do but instead we are trying to find a hotel at 9pm when we arrived originally at 1pm

Rooms smell like mold or water damage. Don't walk bare feet or in socks, floors are not very clean. Bathroom door you can't fully open because the toilet is on its way! No blankets provided for bunk beds. Toilet rack broken off. That was the family rooms, I have no info on other rooms

When we checked in Sébastien at the front desk was really welcoming he was empathic and very accommodating. It was the assistant manager who wasn't engaging when assisting us about the theft that happened to us. Our car was broken into and got a couple of our bags good thing nothing valuable.
O wao how sorry I am. Personally, I loved this place and the service was very good. I call you and claim the hotel or call where you have your bank account to cancel those transactions.

$17 for nothing, just avoid this place. Stay away if you can. Many cozy restaurants just across the street for less money and much better food.
Parking is free though it can get full near the rooms during events. Plenty of parking ultimately... just may be a bit of a walk. Resort fee... I don't know. Seemed standard for Orlando.

depends on what section you are in. the quite section is generally quite all the time. in the generally area, usually after 11p is when most people quiet down. if someone is load you can ask them to quiet down or call the front desk.

Yes, 25 minutes. Very close also to the needle and giant ferris wheel at icon park. Car rental inside hotel also, believe it's Enterprise. Great desk with local attraction maps, brochures and local guides to assist you. Great hotel by the way, 5 star service and friendly staff at all levels.
