How do I leave a review? I asked for a bagel toasted black and she repeated it back so I know she heard me . I get home and open up a completely untoasted bagel. Why can/wlll no one do their job anymore?

That's very very unusual for that place they usually get the orders right the first time. I say give him a second chance if it happens again don't go back.
