Not enough info from staff for vehicle prices for service where steep compared to competition and rental was dirty not the gilberts im used to i have purchase 3 now 4 cars from gilbert this experience was disappointing compared to the past!

Came in to have air conditioner fixed.They came in and told me records showed it was time to replace cabin air filter and I said not right now. Came back later To say their machine was broke down.And they could not flush and refill it I than told them that it's not holding freon.He said well let me see if it's the same machine to diagnosed it.Came back later said it was.He was sorry for the inconvenience they would call me as soon as they got it fixed and reschedule the appointment.That was Friday Haven't heard anything since.
