Outdated hotel. The elevator smelled of mildew. The room was equally as horrible. Outdated and stained. The lights in the bathroom took a while to actually brighten The sheets smelled of bleach. No trash can in the bathroom. No ac unit made so much noise it was uncomfortable to sleep. Who ever rate this hotel a 3-4 stars don’t even know what a good hotel is. Definitely a lie.

Stayed here during Hurricane Ian. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to communicate to the guests and make them feel comfortable. We really appreciated it. THANK YOU. I agree that overall, some updating is needed (a remodel is coming soon!) however, our room was very clean. Shower was large, and great water pressure. Room was nice and cool. The only con I can think of was that the breakfast was lacking in quality/freshness.

We evacuated from Tampa before hurricane Ian with a newborn and a dog and from start to finish we were given a great experience. Especially from Brittany at the front desk. She was understanding, empathetic and kind and did everything she could to accommodate us. She deserves a raise and / or a promotion. Brittany if you happen to read this, thank you. But it wasn't just Brittany, everyone was super friendly and kind and seemed to go out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible under the circumstances . The hotel itself was clean and quiet, centrally located to many places that had provisions and food before and right after the hurricane. We had such a great experience that this will likely be our hotel of choice when visiting the Orlando area in the future. Thanks again to everyone.

There is no free shuttle to the airport. You can take a Taxi outside the main lobby or Mears shuttle
Hi, Jose Eduardo Cabral and Barroso. I think that if you make a package that includes tickets for the parks, I think it will be cheaper, but you have to make sure before making your reservations.
Better email the hotel directly to ask just to be sure. I was there a month ago and for sure they have shuttle going and returning from universal studios, but only one daily at fixed time, so if u missed it, u have to find your own transportation coming back. P.S. , if you are thinking of rent-a-car, don't go for budget or hertz, EXTREMELY long line up at the airport.
You can get tickets half price at Dennys in back of the Hyatt hotel.
Not sure. It's in excellent shape whenever it was built.
