International Drive has a BUNCH of restaurants. I'm sure you could find some with a children dine free with paid adult entree option. The front desk may even be able to supply a list.
I Am sure there would be Gwen. We were a party of 8 adults from 21 to 51 years of age. But there is easily 50 restaurants within walking distance.
The same hotel has an excellent restaurant for 13 dolars (buffet) and kids free policiy
There are a TON of restaurants all over that area, but not sure which ones, if any, have kids eat for free.
With in your welcome pack or at the hotel they should be a list of places that do kids eat free. But can not remember what ones they are sorry . MacDonald do and pondoneros does .
