Do not buy from this Best Buy! Stay Away!!!! Bought a home theater system from the magnolia team at Best Buy and paid to have it installed at my home. They were 2 months late in installing the system and I had to constantly call then to try to get them out. They wouldn’t answer or respond to my messages and emails. When they finally came out the installers were rude and condescending. They didn’t respect my house at all, and cut a hole in my ceiling that was unnecessary. They said the Best Buy insurance company would pay for the repair and just left the hole there. I tried to get ahold of the insurance company and they were unresponsive. I complained to the Best Buy manager and they just passed it off and were unresponsive as well. That was March and I still have not heard from the insurance company. It’s a $1600.00 repair job. Don’t buy or have installed anything from Best Buy. They will screw up you house.

The employees at this Best Buy are so helpful! Every time I have gone there looking for something, they have steered me to the perfect item! This time it was a TV, switchbox & a wall hanger for the TV. And with the Total Tech plan, I get free delivery & installation & help with any problems. I recommend Best Buy!

This town needs another Best Buy or a new store manager. The only guy I found helpful was the one in shipping, named Randy. I gave them at least four chances to be better. I’ve seen numerous employees smoking at the front door, on their phone not engaging customers, and just sitting around talking while the customers pile up in the checkout line. Unacceptable!

Service was great and purchase took no time. The only thing I didn't like was being checked while walking out when the cashier told me I didn't need anything. He said I would be okay, since I had my receipt in hand. I got airpods and he said the bags were too big.. I don't fit the demographics from how the customers in the store looked. I have long locks and black, so I think that encouraged my checking. I don't play the race card, but it is what it is.

I had same issue and it never rerouted me anywhere. After 40 minutes i hung up.
Everytime I go there they are standing or just walking around. MAYBE ITS A ZOMBIE THING They hear the PHONE but run OTHER WAY
Even though I wasn't in the store too long, Employees are wearing masks and adhering to social distancing when possible.
The local store closed it's call center in March of 2020 for covid and never reopened it

Something has drastically happened then cause the last time I was in there I had no problem getting service, it just seemed like the person who assisted me might have been more suited for a different department, he wasn't very good with phones, I mean you don't try to pry a defected Otter Box back off of a phone with a pair of siccors!!!

I would think that they would restock eventually, but, like almost all of the Best Buys I've personally been in, "if you're not mad when you go in, you will be by the time you leave." Just sayin'.

Did you buy an extended warranty or just the regular warranty. Regular warranty you would need your receipt and contact the company who makes them to find out. Extended warranty Best Buy will usually have your info on file so you can check with them.
