Something has drastically happened then cause the last time I was in there I had no problem getting service, it just seemed like the person who assisted me might have been more suited for a different department, he wasn't very good with phones, I mean you don't try to pry a defected Otter Box back off of a phone with a pair of siccors!!!

Try bringing the merchandise back in. Explain to a manager what happened. If you're dealing with Geek Squad keep your questions short and simple.
