This rating is based on 3 separate visits. All 3 visits were absolutely horrible. The customer service here is absolutely horrific. Additionally, the food quality has diminished severely. The management is aware and communicated to me on the second visit it is due to new employees not being trained properly. Honestly, I do not know why I continued to return multiple times and spend my money at this place. I was disrespected by a bartender on my final visit 8/1/2022. I spoke with the same manager from the first two visits who at first told me he could not give me a refund because he wasn't sure how to do it and because the transaction had been completed. After expressing my situation a second time he went to the register and gave my money back. He initially told me to come back and my next meal would be on him. Due to the prior instances and yesterday, I decided, I won't return. There was a second manager in training who was much more accommodating and was genuinely concerned by the things that transpired during my visit. I won't give all the details. But, overall this location has missed the mark on all 3 of my last visits. Food - bad Service - worse Customer Service - horrible Management - Terrible

I sat at the bar around 8:30 Saturday night and sadly I was the only one the for a while . One other gentleman came in before I left and then he was the only one . The bartender was friendly but didn't really have much to say . From the time I ordered my food , it took 25 minutes for my food to be sat in front of me . I took forever ! There was maybe 20 people eating in the whole building. The bartender kept giving rolls and kept saying it's almost ready . It's a shame for whatever reason it's become like this on a Saturday night . Before I moved away for several years it used to be packed . On a good note ...... the food I Waited so long for was perfect , hot and delicious ! I will be back for than reason .

My Boyfriend and I both ordered Sirloin Steak,he had Loaded Mashed Potatoes with Green Beans...I had the Loaded Mashed Potatoes with Broccoli... We both had house margarita's on the rocks.. Both of us were very satisfied,our food was prepared exceptionally delicious...Our waitress was Michelle,she was such a sweetheart,she made sure our food was done the way we ordered... I would definitely recommend! Thank you for a great dinner we both enjoyed!!

Honestly doesn't deserve even the 1 star that I have to give in order to make the review. Logans was my favorite restaurant always my go to and tonight that changed for sure. We were seated immediately, took about 30-40 mins to receive our food, I ordered an adult beverage which was spilt when passing over the FOUR YEAR OLDS plate of food and I made the comment "well I guess the kid is getting some too" and the waitress just kinda laughed and walked away.....didn't offer to replace it... like ok, already ill about that.. we all continue to eat, until my wife goes to take a bite of her green beans and there's a roach... a COCKROACH in her green beans! She literally almost ate that. The waitress comes to ask about if we wanted dessert and we show her the roach so she goes to get the manager....the manager comes to the table and tells us he is sorry that happened he took that meal off and put 50% off for the rest of the meal. I told him no, we're not paying for anything that came from that kitchen we're all done now, we're over it, thats disgusting, we're not even half way thru with eating anyhow. He apologized again and asked if he could offer us dessert I told him no, again, we're done here, I don't want anything that came out of that kitchen. I appreciate that we were able to both remain calm and he agreed to dismiss the check, however, I am still upset about this experience. Just disgusted and disappointed. Would not recommend this location.
