Dont feel bad. I was inside and they wouldnt talk to me neither.
Plenty of workers in store as of last week...odd that they didn't answer.
This location is NOTORIOUS (According to Corporate) for leaving customers on hold indefinitely. I filed a claim with corporate a few weeks because I opted for curbside pick up of my items, got home and two boxes had a completely different item inside and the third box was empty. Just paperwork, nothing more. When I called it was 7:40. At 8:10 I had decided they must've clocked out and went home because no one ever came onto the line to help me. Called corporate, five minute phone call to file the claim, and they mailed me the three correct items with return shipping to mail back the random stuff I'd received (the random stuff had the best buy QR stickers on them, and I gave all the info and submitted the claim) If the next closest location wasn't so far, I would just drive to it instead. ðŸ˜
Sounds dumb, but if you go in with a friend, and talk loudly about your desire to buy a product, AND HAVE QUESTIONS neat a worker. MAYBE they will overhear you, and help, OR ask a person where the restroom in, wile sneaking a question for help in the dept that you want? I dunno, common sense is dead.
I had that same issue.. In store we went next door
