Best Buy delivered and installed dishwasher. I scheduled dishwasher return, less than 24hrs from delivery because dishwasher had alarm that would not clear. BB Picked up on 12-24-20. Today, 1-19-21 - I find out the refund has not been processed because management at the store never changed the status of dishwasher as "removed from the delivery Truck (you can't make this up)". Same experience when calling the store no answer and Geek Squad can't get them to answer either. Would not recommend that anyone purchase an appliance from BB. Especially this store. Plumber ( I wanted to have a professional witness) that checked appliance reported that he has had to address numerous issues with product from HSV Best Buy.

I've never had a problem with the assistance at Best Buy Huntsville. I would definitely let management know! I've never bought a phone there, only computer, tv, and the like.
Depends on which associate you get. I had the same experience my last visit there. He seemed like a good person but it looked as though he would have been more suited for a different department, not the phone section.
