Why can't you get anyone on the phone

Everytime I go there they are standing or just walking around. MAYBE ITS A ZOMBIE THING They hear the PHONE but run OTHER WAY

They do not have anyone dedicated to the phone.

I'll have that same problem sometimes what they say so busy so I try to be a little understanding what I eventually get someone on the phone so give it your best shot and someone will eventually answer

Maybe they should hire help it would be better than losing business
