I have been on hold for roughly 27 minutes...still haven't gone through to your local store...is there not a re-routing system to put us in touch with SOMEONE even if its not the local store?

I had same issue and it never rerouted me anywhere. After 40 minutes i hung up.

No. Just call back and if someone is available they will answer other wise it will route you to the 800 number
