Best Computer Repair Shop in California!!!! Wide variety of helpful services and high-quality products to choose from! Justin goes above and beyond to offer his clients incredibly friendly and helpful service. He has an excellent knowledge base for computer and cell technology and an evident passion for helping people. As a grad student during finals week, computer issues are not only a financial burden but can lead to potentially catastrophic academic consequences. I spoke to several local repair shops, one of which quoted me $1000 minimum for any hard drive work. I eventually reached Justin at ‘Just In Case’ and could not believe the incredible kindness and advice I received over the phone from Justin. Not only did he research and recommend a fantastic new hard drive for me to pick up, but he also welcomed me to come by the store so that he could take a look at what the issue might be. In all, Justin spent over 3 hours between customers, taking his personal time to help me through my technical issues. His knowledge and experience, combined with his compassion and exceptional customer service, made the experience truly unforgettable. At times, it can be rare to find companies that clients can feel confident in. Justin has an obvious passion and commitment to providing his customers with trustworthy services of the utmost quality. There is only one business that I will let handle all of my computer and cell repairs in the future, and there is only one computer repair shop that I will recommend to anyone and everyone I know. Justin is amazing! Wonderful customer service & actually listens to what the problems are. So, this was my first time in. My dad had been having issues with his iPhone 11. We went to Verizon where we got the phone hoping they could help us & they couldn't, at all. They said it couldn't be fixed & we just had to deal with it. So, we took it to Justin & he was able to fix everything that they couldn't, go figure! My dad & I are so thankful! I totally recommend this place!! Thank you so much!!

My phone battery was draining itself silly, so I opted to purchase a new battery from My Cell Repair. Justin was absolutely fantastic. He not only replaced my battery, but followed up twice via phone call to see if all was operating correctly and if the new battery was holding its charge. His conscientiousness to following up on my problem was commendable. I would highly recommend his service.
