That is a big store with like 5 plus customers like us trying to ask 3 employees for help, so yeah I can see why they're busy. I'm looking at what's understandable
I've actually had that happen to me there as well.
There PHONE GAME IS WEAK FOR SURE I SUGGEST YOU GO TO THE STORE, BECAUSE THE PHONE IS DEFINITELY NOT THE WAY TO GET IT DONE
That's odd, normally it takes a few minutes to get connected to the right extension but not 20 minutes 3 times in a row, leastwise that's never happened to me.
