Super cool, even if you aren't a big harry potter fan this place is a must see. Kinda hidden behind walls which makes it even cooler cause it's accurate for the movies and books

This park is beautiful compared to the rest of the Universal Parks. They hit the mark with everything in both sides (Diagonal Alley and Hogsmead). Downside: so so so so crowded. We visited in a record low but by 10am this area of the park was packed and over crowded. Some of this is more based on the design. Both areas are narrow and enhance the feeling of being over crowded. No virtual queue for Hagrid’s Motorbike. Wish there was an option for a virtual queue for this ride as it was so popular. We were able to ride it with early park admission but would have signed up for a virtual queue, explored and then returned when 2-3 hrs later.

Harry Potter! Also plays rugby for Leicester Tigers.

Fantastic place, it's like being part of the movie. Excellent place

Harry potter is included in the admission to Universal. There are 2 universal parks on site and the Harry potter world is separated between the 2 parks so make sure to get a park hopper option
You can find cover in Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade in the restaurants and shops. The line for Forbidden Journey is mostly under a roof and the ride is inside. You can also ride Hogwarts Express which is inside. Many of the other rides at universal are inside but obviously the coasters and some of the outside rides might be closed. Get some ponchos and I think it will be okay.
To the best of my knowledge Yes, the interactive wands should be compatible at either park.
YOU CAN USE ELECTRIC WHEELCHAIRS, OR PUSH Andrew the best time is JANUARY AND FEBRUARY thats off season , but you got a lot of foreigners who can't follow the rules .
Look online...its cheaper to prepay and I was there last week and they were offering a special when you buy three days you get two days for free.
Well first you must be sorted into Slitherin then have something he wants.
Of course! It's Harry Potter. For kids of all ages, it's wonderful .
It is part of universal studios and it costs approximately 120 USD per person to enter the theme park for the day.
Yes. Expensive and has to be carried. Florida gets decently bad storms and wind, always be cautious of lightning. Wont fit in locker for the most part
Most of the shops in both parks offer Harry Potter clothing, especially in the Wizarding World sections. The quality really is superior to what is available in retail stores.
It could busy any day. That includes Monday. Just go when its best for you, gain an hour early access by staying at a park hotel.
Tickets? You will spend more than that in the park. They get you coming and going. $20 parking, $15 turkey leg,$12 all you can drink soda. You get the idea. Then every ride you get off you walk through a store and your kids are like i want this I want that.
$150-200 a ticket
Disney is better than Universal for toddlers. This park is much better for older children. Many of the rides require heights above 50 inches. The Dr Seuss area is geared towards little ones.
Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey is the best really . And Hagrid's Megical Creatures Motor Ride . Highly recommend transformance also.
No we had tried several different ones , one of them worked but being in a group of 10+ now I don't remember which one did🤦♀️ but I know it wasn't Ash .
Yes you can.
If you only go to Diagon alley in Universal studios. You have two places to sit and eat. Two places to oder butter beer. 15 shops to buy from. The wand shop to see the wand pick the wizard and a chance to buy a wand for your self or loved one. You have the greengots bank ride. The Candy store and toy store from the movies and books. Then in the middle of the alley area they will do a show of dancing and singing every couple hours.
Ollivander's Wand Shop. There is one in each park
On-site are the best for convenience. Some hotels have perks associated with the stay such as unlimited Express Passes. Note: not all on-site hotels have this. There are also hotels nearby that are "Partner Hotels" that have shuttles to and from the parks and ticket kiosks in their lobbies. Examples include Hilton and Hampton. There are two that are very close to the parks (walking distance).
You would have to contact the park directly for bulk rates.

You just got to pay the admission to the park..(universal studios)..and the Harry Potter area is free!!
I think the wands were atleast $50 maybe more. The ticket price depends on which park or parks you want to go to. One day-one park passes are cheapest, but the Harry Potter stuff is in 2 different parks (so you have to buy a one day two-park ticket or two days at two different parks). Hope that helps answer part of your question.
Honeydukes most likely but others might as well.
There is no hotel inside islands of adventure nor universal studios. Also, there's no harry potter village. The harry potter related sections of the park are called "Hogsmade" and "Gringots"
It is part of the parks. There is Diagon alley (in universal) and hogsmead ( in island of adventure)
That's something that you would need to ask guest services about. They do have maps available to use while inside the park.
Both parks (Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios) and everything within them.
You can get it off your phone or puck it up at any of the ticket windows. If you are staying on property they can print them out for you.
At Park entrance. There is an stand for that. I might be a little confused but what you get online is your ticket
You sure can! The wizarding world is divided into two sections that you can take the Hogwarts Express between with the park to park ticket.
It's way better in Florida!
You have to buy PARK TO PARK tickets!
Please note that there are 2 parks that encompass the Harry Potter attractions, requiring 2 separate tickets.
If you see many characterized there and in terms of prices we saw a scarf in 15 dlls and a layer in 50 dlls approx.
If you download there app you can see day by day the hours of operation per park. Also the app is super friendly to use and so helpful. Have fun
It shouldn't be necessary to buy them in advance, unless you just want to. I did get the best deal by downloading the Universal Florida app and you get some cool tools like a map that shows where you are in the park at the time and other things. I would download the app now, and look for any special offers between now and your trip.
There are two areas of Harry Potter. One is at Universal Studios and the other is at Islands of Adventure. The castle is at the Islands of Adventure.
Yes but sometimes tickets sell out early.
$117 for being out of the state of Florida. Just for one park.
A good thing to know is the boxes with the gold labels are the interactive wands. They are 50 plus tax. I do love the interactive wands. The spell spots are great
A few times but remember to be patient with her but while you wait get some butterbeer and play around with the wands
You should ask in the site page
There is not a separate ticket for harry potter. Like everyone says, it's included in the ticket to universal or islands of adventure. You will need a park to park ticket tooi ride the Hogwarts Express which runs between the two parks.
I work there 170 plus tax 2 parks do not go on the weekend to many people
Yep. If you're too big for the ride, you can still go through and look at the displays (WORTH IT!)
Look for a multi day pass package as you can probably find a dual park pass for $99 a day. You'll want a fastpass if going during peak season. Otherwise you won't necessarily need it.
They have two wands with skulls and the death eater interactive wand is a snake head with a skeleton under it.
You can try them on in the store, but not to wear around the park. You would need to buy them to wear around the park.
Olivanders has all wands, but there is often a line just to get in the store. There are other stores there that carry a selection. The wand boxes are labelled by character
