Went in to change a tire and rotate the others. After leaving there was massive vibration in the car. Upon self inspection I saw lug nuts that were not fully tightened on two tires. I am also missing a cap for one rim and a cap for the shrader valve to the tire. When I called to let the front desk desk know, he told me to come in and they will look at it, but further on in the conversation when I told him about the lug nuts and the capshe denied responsibility for lug nuts and caps. Further more he denied that the tires where even rotated, when it’s stated on the paperwork that I wanted a tire rotation. Judging by past past negative reviews, it is no accountability for responsibility. Just read all negative comments and you can see that they have a bunch of excuses.

So far so good. My wife, my daughter and I have taken our vehicles there. Friendly service, no complaints at all.
