I recently got my oil changed there (8/28) and they did not put my oil cap back on. However I did not notice until the following day on my way to work which is a 25 mile drive. My car began smoking and there was oil all over my motor. Thankfully I found the cap and was able to put it back on. I called them and they walked me through how to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive in order to bring it in. Once I get there they say I can get a free oil change and they will clean the mess. I asked for a refund since the service they gave me the day before clearly was bad and the manager offered one or the other not both. I explained how I have been changing my own oil since I was sixteen and have never had this happen, and how they are supposed to be professional mechanics. He apologized for the inconvenience but persisted that he could only do one or the other. I asked if there was someone else I could speak to, he said the only person above him is the store manager and “he doesn’t deal with auto care situations”. I decide on the free oil change and he asks me to pull my car up but I asked if someone else could because it had started to rain and he said no and how there would be a delay because of the light rain. Since I have already had an emotional two hours, I told him to simply give me a refund and I will go somewhere else to fix my problem. So even though I did get my money back, my problem is still not fixed and I will have to go to a different mechanic that charges more in order to fix this. I called corporate customer service to file a complaint and was informed that was not how the situation should have been taken care of and I should have received both options because it was their fault. I feel as though these mechanics took advantage of me because I am a women and am currently waiting on a call from the store manager who apparently does deal with auto care situations.

Impossible to get a hold of, and when they do answer, will hang up mid conversation with no explanation and calling back will be ignored.
