My experience with Texas Lending was 100% through and through excellent. This is not my first home but it is the first time I felt like I worked with people that actually cared. I was kept in the loop constantly I opted for emails and text messages and was kept up to date. It's not great when you're sitting around wondering what's going on. All of the companies involved were very thorough and in the end I got a fantastic rate as well. I really cannot recommend this company enough.

Working with Texas Lending was an absolute pleasure. Ken Knight, Debbie Brown, and the rest of their team provided us an excellent experience to finalize a loan on our new home. Ken's response times are unmatched and his willingness to have conversations and educate people was incredibly refreshing. While Debbie handled all the paper work and coordination and timing with ease. I guess I should also mention they blew the competition's costs and rates out of the water for our loan. I was told 6 weeks... I had to cancel after 21 weeks and still not refinanced just being strung along.
I just bought my house with them. William Cobb was great to work with.
They are also not responding.

I would see bout a loan on just the land
All Mortgage lenders charge fees for their services. We have some of the lowest fees and interest rates in Texas.
Unfortunately their must be a home on the property for us to do the loan.
Homeowners can look into getting a cash-out refinance, which allows them to get cash in hand to pay down higher interest debt. You could talk to one of our Loan Officers about your options.
The time it takes to close a home loan varies. Some of our customers have closed in as little as 18 days. In general I would plan for 30 days for a closing.
