Diamond Exchange deserves all 5 stars! When I knew I wanted to propose to my girl friend, I had no clue on how or where to start when purchasing a ring. I browsed jewelry stores such as Jared, Zales, etc. but after browsing it appeared I couldn’t get much with my budget. I didn’t agree with the quality and prices they offered, and felt like I could do better. I heard about Diamond Exchange and was instantly impressed as they are super nice and professional! I worked with Roderick and Farrah and they were extremely patient with me as they helped me pick out the Diamond and setting. Roderick even let me examine each Diamond which reassured me that I can trust doing business with them. I told them my budget and they were great with working with me and providing me options within that. It was clear I was able to get way more for my budget and I even got to custom design my fiancée’s ring. It turned out exactly how I imagined it and my family and fiancée are blown away.
