I am not usually a big fan of chains, but I have been impressed with their service and flexibility. They've made it super easy to work with them and I've been going regularly for the last few months. Reasonably priced and the message therapists have been really awesome adjusting to what you need and always making sure the service is on target.

It upset me to write a review like this. Yet, I must be honest and warn others. I was writing this review in my head while receiving my massage. This was pitiful. No labor or effort was put into any part of the massage. Roughly 1-2 minutes per area with the exception of my shoulders. The lotion was slathered on in a rough inconsistent manner and nothing indicative of a licensed therapist. Additionally, the massage was highly inconsistent from one side of the body to another, and amongst all other body parts. I almost requested her to stop. Although, my wife was receiving a massage next door. I did not wish to interrupt. There after my wife and I paid and tipped appropriately out of courtesy. The team appeared rushed to close up and leave as the time was 1930. I waited to tell my wife about my experience. As I wanted to inquire with her about her own massage. She relayed similar dissatisfaction. Although, hers was not as bad as my own.. she had some similar concerns. I then unloaded and told the story about my massage to her. This was a pitiful situation… I will not provide further opportunities to such a business. And to note. We were quoted a price and later charged an up charge for an “elite” masseuse. This was not explained or discussed prior to placing the appointment. I do not take time out of my day to write reviews. I made an exception to make people aware of this experience and to caution them. Do by your own judgment as you will.

The service in the front desk is fast, friendly, and smooth. Waiting room is comfortable. It’s very easy to schedule massages on the MINDBODY app. Dan at the Summerlin location is an excellent massage therapist that I’ve been consistently seeing for about 3 years or so.
