You can get it off your phone or puck it up at any of the ticket windows. If you are staying on property they can print them out for you.
It can be picked up at ticket office in entrance to park. Some hotels can print them too. Have a great time!
At your hotel concierge desk if you're staying at a Universal property, at guest services near the entrance of either park (Islands of Adventure or Universal Studios), or you can have it electronically on your phone.
