By the time I got the notification from ubereats to pick up the pizza 8:08PM I showed them my order from my phone screen. Tonight was the longest time I had to wait since “time to pick up notification” from ubereats! 21 minutes waiting for my pizza to be ready while watching walk-in customers got their pizza faster, yes they got theirs faster than mine. It did not make any sense! MOD is my go to pizza place but I’m very disappointed with the customer service tonight. Employees knew I was standing in front of them for long time and asked several time about my order. No empathy at all.

MOD is very underrated in the Orlando area. Where I moved from it was very popular. Glad to see it in Orlando. This one is great. Really likes the friendliness of the staff.
