Ordered a table for 8.30, the lady said there were a bit laid and we would receive a message within 10 minutes. We left after 20 minutes when we still haven’t heard anything. Such a poor customer service.

For 4 people is better make a reservation if you like organize your time
really don't know but give them a call hours might change due to covid
If you call them they will be able to assist you, especially if you have a large group, but if your group is small you may not need a reservation at all as there is usually minimal wait. :)
They do not take reservations at the moment. Possibly in the near future they will.
