I ordered delivery over an hour and a half a go. Was quoted 35 for delivery I get it orders can get delayed. I get a notification that the food was delivered which I thought was weird I put in the notes to knock on the door as I have a cash tip. I go and look outside my food is no where to be found I contact support they just say my food is still on its way I am now out $26 and still have not received my food. I did try to call the store directly their phones do not work.

Their website states that they are open until “12 AM” but if you try to go through the drive thru at 10:50 or 11:15 the rude employees will tell you that it’s closed, that is unacceptable, if they can’t work until 12 AM the hours should be update on the website and at the store. This incident where they said that they were closed happened at 11:15 PM 09/09/2022

Over 10 minutes wait after paying in the drive thru, then got charged for the wrong order, then got cold food. Come here because they are the closest burger King, but man I wish there was another...

I like work. They are wonderful and educated people, they treat people who come to Burger King well.

The drive thru window is filthy and the look of the employees are discussing, they look like they haven’t showered in a long time. The are not very smart and their English, well that’s another story. Oh not to mention they screwed up my order. Smh

Why is it that i just came from here and ordered two apple pies and both of them had mold . literal MOLD all over the apple pie. My baby askes me " mommy is this blueberry apple. I look and see mold on my babies pie. My babies are now THROWING UP.

That is bad. You should complain to food safety department. Hope your kids are doing fine. Please stay away from restaurants and fast food joints at this point of time.

Why do they get away with making up their oan hours they end breakfast early and the close early all the time.They really dont seem to care about customers.

Most stores follow the guidelines. That which is set corporate. Breakfast ends at 10am. Store depending on location set a closing time they follow

How am I supposed to get a job when I can’t call and check on my application when the phones seem like they’re down and nobody picks up then it says on my phone that it’s a failed call y’all need to get this stuff situated Immediately.

THIS NIRGER KING IS UNCLEAN AND UNSAFE TO EAT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE..THE WOMAN FAT OVER WEIGHT SPANISH MANAGER IS RUDE DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. OUR FOOD WAS OLD COLD AND SMELLED BAD . WE TOOK IT BACK. INSTEAD OF REFUND
