Why can't this place of business that is supposed to be in the business of customer service ever be open on time? And the staff is always disrespectful!

They are the WORST burger king on the face of the earth ....ORDER ALWAYS WRONG TOTAL MORONS WORK THERE! FOOD IS DISGUSTING LOOKS LIKE IT CAME OFF THE FLOOR TOOK IT BACK WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!!!

This is the absolute WORST Burger King I have ever been to. I've lived in the neighborhood for 10 years and always frequent this location but whoever is managing the last couple years has ran this store into the gutter. I barely eat there anymore and tonight it was convenient but I was quickly reminded of horrible they are. The girl taking orders at the drive-thru was too busy playing with her coworkers to take an order correctly and I got a fish sandwich with a patty 3 inches big and burnt to a crisp. Tried calling the store but the # doesn't even work. I'm so disgusted with their service that I'm going to make it my mission to get the entire sorry excuse of management tossed out. They should be ashamed.

Well go on line and live the comments to the big Boss on line or complain he will visit the store or send a under cover employee as a customer and they will find out more about the place and the bad customers service.my opinion is how you order your food too if you come in to order with bad face or actitud and give them hard time too it may take care of you with your actitud I never have a problem yet from them.

So true. The staff is awful and they NEVER get my order right. I can't eat fast food anymore but if I could, it would not be at Burger King.
