Drive Thru @5pm (Wednesday): Person, while pleasant, struggles with multi-tasking fulfillment of orders and taking them via intercom. As such, your wait time will be long as they try to manage both with limited staffing. Food prep seemed to be an afterthought as both the food tasted horrible, and choices were limited in option. They did not have whopper Jr's due to my request for no pickles. Then, they changed their mind and said they did have one if I was willing to eat pickles. They must have found an old whopper Jr in the waste bucket or sitting on the heating tray. Chicken sandwich tasted like an armpit and had a non-descript wrapper. This indicates to me that it also was sitting for a while. Likely, the management struggles to adequately order supplies for their staff to utilize. Fries were decent with no issues. Soda was also fine, but like the whopper Jr and chicken sandwich supplies, they didn't have multiple kinds of soda. This again indicated yo to me that management is struggling with inventory - this time on either the syrup or co2 supplies for drinks. Ordered a Hershey pie which should of been the easiest item. It tasted bad. Upon inspection, the top of the container seemed to have had the "best by" sticker removed. It likely tasted bad due to being expired. Management seems to be cutting corners at this location, and it shows by the capacity of the staff having to put less trained or non-veteran on quick turn areas. As well as the lack of food supplies available to the customers. Suggest closing this location, or focus only on drive thru and shift costs toward supply before they poison a customer with expired products. Note: I worked for Burger King for almost half a decade, so I am speaking from experience on each issue I had.
