Was here for a wedding and it's one of the last "great" churches in the area. Visually, second to none. If you're in the area, at least stop in to see the architecture.

Fully renovated, this cathedral is an extraordinary architectural asset in the city of Albany. Very much worth visiting in person and/or taking the virtual tour online available at their web site

An amazing place of worship and a beautiful example of stone masonry at its finest. It was hard to believe that I had not been transported back to medieval Europe when I entered the cathedral. Traditional cathedral that is 170 years old and well worth a look up if you are in the area and appreciate houses if worship as I do.

Beautiful place from inside and outside! It's free and you can take your time. When there's no session parking it's free and very central from other sightseens. I recommend to go to the museum next to the church first, because it closes at 5 and it's worth it!

I believe that it depends on the schedule. You can check the Cathedral's website or talk to them by telephone. Just simply google: Cathedral Of The Immaculate Conception Albany NY.
