1.Love the fact that there is little to no wait time 2. Love how quickly they can squeeze you in for an appt 3. Love that they are always accepting patient 4.Love the fact that the dental Assistants are very nice/professional -My one and only complaint is the dentist himself is not personable. He’s rude and never engaged me in a general conversation in the 7 years I went to his practice. Im not sure if it’s a “race issue”, cultural differences or just the fact that he has to deal with Medicaid patients but whatever the reason he doesn’t make u feel welcome. Moods are instantly changed when he enters the room. The dental hygienist could be laughing and joking with you and as soon as he comes in. They gets very serious. I always wondered how he treats his staff. His disposition makes you very uncomfortable. He treats you like a number not a patient. He never has a smile. He says hello speaks to his assistant does the “job” and leaves. ! The only reason I stayed with him for so long is because your options are limited with Medicaid. If you don’t have Medicaid RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not go to this office. If you do have Medicaid. You’re options are limited. He’s quick he does a good job don’t expect much customer service though. Good luck!

Sadly didn’t get the gentleman’s name who cleaned my teeth but he did a VERY good job, took his time, and was very gentle !! Any other place I at least said ouch once during a cleaning, this one I almost fell asleep lol.

Terrible customer service, they barely answer the phone most times. I had an appointment scheduled months in advance which they failed to tell me that they cancelled because they are no longer accepted new patients. The office had me come in and do a consultation which was also pointless because they barely checked my mouth To assess me. Do not recommend.

I had my teeth whiten and the dentist was wonderful! The front desk staff well the one lady is very rude. I left a voice message at 3:45 am in extreme pain. My teeth hurt so bad that I am waking up out of my sleep, I haven’t been able to sleep in two days from the pain. If I didn’t call back today at noon, I would have most likely never received a call, and I was clearly in pain in my voice mail. I can barely talk and the lack of care and professionalism showed in their lack of concern. The front desk is the first stop so how they treat others is extremely important and essential because as a patient you want to know that everyone is on the same page. Thought about switching my dentist to Madison dental and because of one person I will stay at my friendly dentist office where I called and left a voicemail and was called back immediately and they got me in earlier and actually cared that I was in pain.
