I just terminated Don Johnson who had been maintaining 3 family pools in Marin for approximately 2 years. Without getting into the gory details, the new maintenance company discovered evidence of neglect all locations that will cost nearly $1,000 to remedy. My experience with their routemen leads me to believe that they are allowed to operate without proper training. Be aware that this is the "civil version" of my observations. Had I known then what I now know, I would never have hired Don Johnson. Caveat emptor!

The small basket in the pool engine just bottomed out. Do I need a special no. to buy a new one, or do I have to bring the basket down to the store with me. Any chance Mark could drop it off when he is in the area? I put the basket back where is w

Like Martha suggested, just bring the skimmer in store with you, they have good sorted sizes in stock and if they don't have it at the time they will order it for you and have it mostly of the times next day up on supplier stock.
