Yes. Expensive and has to be carried. Florida gets decently bad storms and wind, always be cautious of lightning. Wont fit in locker for the most part
Yes, I think the consensus is the poncho is probably the least expensive and most easily delt with option. Have fun, the Harry Potter attraction is very cool.
I would get the poncho. You will be stopped frim riding at some ride entrances with the umbrella, and then at every ride you go on, you will have to find someplace to store the umbrella. An umbrella is really too much trouble to deal with while you are there.

You would also have to lock the umbrella in a locker prior to riding any rides, which is definitely a hassle and something I would avoid if possible! Definitely go the poncho rout!

They do have umbrellas but they are not easy to use in the park. Ponchos are $7 to $10 and are much easier to use.
They do but not sure on price. You can get a poncho for $10 which has a good and isn't bad quality.
