Yeah sometimes that does happen and you'll notice it immediately will because it'll feel like it's clogged when you try to hit it. The other thing is is not all cartridges are the same. Some cartridges are longer and have larger tubes inside some are smaller have smaller tubes inside it all depends on the supplier. A 1/2 Oz cartridge will look like there's less due to the length of cartridge. Considering how regulated the suppliers are in RI I'm sure they are legit.

That would be a concentrate and to inhale it, you have to dab it, use a concentrate attachment for a pen, etc. It is similar to shatter and other concentrates, it's just the process used to create it is different. You can also use it for edibles but I advise you look online on ways to measure it to avoid under/over doing it.

Compassion centers don't sell clones. You just have to keep asking around until you find a licensed grower. But beware, some growers are selling unhealthy clones infected with mites. I found it better to just grow from seed. Best of luck.

They charge a fee thatis non-refundable, but they are 100000% worth it especially if you have an actual issue listed in the laws. Please be careful of misleading prospective customers becausethatcan reflect badly on B&B. They do not take the fee for your application...that goes to the DOH directly.
