Will you guys accept a mass med card ?

You have to be registered in RI. I would call the RI program and ask them to be sure.

They accept out if state cards now

No. You must be registered as a patient through Rhode Island as a citizen to receive a card and be under legislation to recirve medical marajuana in RI currently, however there are SEVERAL dispensaries in MASS. Good luck!
