Here's how you get through -- call city hall, press 0000000, tell operator you can't reach anyone at tax assessors office, they will call all of the extensions for you until someone picks up, she had to do this 5 times, this is clearly an issue in this office. I'm giving 2 stars instead of one, as once I got someone on the phone they solved my issue quickly and easily.
