Cost is I think $350 you have to go online. If you are a patient you have been getting emails almost monthly since April 2017 of tags & how much it costs etc. You have to go online because there's ways to not pay that much. Again too many laws & rules to list for state of RI. It varies per state

Cultivators must place tags on each plant ..tags are 25.00 each and you get them,from the health dept. Google April 1, 2017 changes.I'm RI laws..there are too many to list.
